I realized I forgot to write about my devotional this week. I have been going through the book of Ecclesiastes and I have been realizing how much pure knowledge there is in the bible that I have been taking for granted. Its so easy to overlook the bible in our busy culture, but it can really be detrimental to our faith. Ecclesiastes really just points out how useless the things of this world are and why we need God to be the one that gives us purpose. We focus on all these things that are useless, and I wish I didn't. That shows me though that I need to put more effort into building disciplines so I can become the man that I want to be.
